Carrying the echoes of a bygone era, the Queenscliff home lacked connection between its old and new elements. An original 1920’s Federation house, the past owners had taken on various upgrades to maximise on breathtaking beach views but failed to consider the flow and the layout of the overall space.

Studio Noakes were set with the task of bridging the gap between the old and new, all while prioritising enhancements for comfortable living. Throughout, we ensured that these improvements not only delivered a contemporary aesthetic but also paid homage to the property's HISTORY while still responding to the coastal environment.
